What kind of jewellery do you carry?
We offer 22 ct gold, kt palladium, genuine precious & semi-precious stones, pearls, silver and mixed metal jewellery (as specified). Therefore, we use only high-quality settings and do not compromise on the quality or quantity of gold used.
Can stones be changed?
Stones can be changed on new orders if the specific stone is in stock.
Are there any special tips for maintaining jewellery?
To extend the lifespan of your jewellery, we recommend that you wrap it in a soft cloth or tissue, and clean it with a silver polishing cloth. Additionally, avoiding contact with water and perfume sprays can also help to prolong its lifespan.
Do you use wire for stringing jewellery?
We use gold plated wire unless a customer specially requests for gold wire. (We use gold wire on order).
How do I reserve an item?
The item can only be reserved once you confirm the order and make the payment.
